There’s a deeper story as to why San Diego-based boutique 5&A Dime has collaborated with Japanese brand 7Union for this Midway fitted cap. This is actually inspired by the U.S.S. Midway, “a US Naval aircraft carrier that was stationed in Yokosuka Japan for 17 years and subsequently returned to the San Diego Bay for decommissioning.”

This inspiration is very much evident as it features a Naval-inspired patch on the front panels and with leaves on the top brim.
