After doing collaboration with Hong Kong-based label Chocoolate back in November during the brand’s third anniversary, A Bathing Ape continues teaming up with them with the release of the Chocoolape series. This includes t-shirts, metal can, and of course, mesh caps.

Just like what you’ll see on the shirt and on the custom metal can, the mesh cap also comes with the same design. This features embroidery on the front panel, which shows “Chocoolape”, a term formed by combining both of the brands’ names. The letters come in various colors, placed against a black front panel. The first letter O on the Chocoolape is replaced with BAPE’s own graphic logo to…

For the fanatics of A Bathing Ape, the brand is already gearing up to release the second delivery of what they would offer for the spring 2010. This collection, called the Puzzle Camo Bapesta, includes a Bapesta Mid sneaker, work shirt, boxers, and of course, a fitted cap.

The fitted cap seems to come as a classic since it is obviously done in camouflage print pattern. But still, the print is done in the usual cartoon-like effect that is seen on most of BAPE’s designs. BAPE’s military-like logo print is then placed on the front in white to complete. This cap indeed looks tough yet hip at the same time since…

Even if a cap shows plain or simple accent, the colorway should somehow make up for its loss in design. That’s probably what Bape was thinking when they designed this new series of New Era 59Fifty Fitted Caps.

Well, the front embroidery is actually interesting, though it only shows Bape’s classic logo. Despite that, as said, the colorways should somehow be captivating so as to make it interesting. Indeed, these are striking in colors but it appears as if they are made for the spring and summer. But anyway, you know it could somehow add a pop of color to your boring dull-colored getup all through the season.

The colorways include black,…

We’ve known Bape for producing fashion items such as shoes and jackets that are heavily branded through the use of bright, colorful and very busy designs. But this time, Bape has decided to make the simplest design they could think of for a cap.

They came up with the Block Check 59fifty which features a block pattern in overlapping colors of Brick Red, Navy, and Yellow Ochre. There is no Bape branding on the cap’s exterior or whatsoever, except for a small restrained logo on the inside.

This is definitely something simple, but you know it has the style. So if you want to own one, you could purchase it for about ¥12,800.
